JAMES in the service department was fantastic, easy to deal with and Knowledgeable on every aspect of the engine repairs that I required. JAMES even looked at all the service recalls and or warranty issues and have those repaired at the same time. Dockside mechanics were efficient and professional working on my Custom boat “Baby Doll” thank you!
I purchased a new Lund fishing boat. After taking it out a few times I noticed a few things that weren't right. I phoned Mason and he said he'd see what he could do. I get a call from the manager, Taylor, the next day and he said they would like to rectify the issues. I brought the boat in and Tim ensured the work got done satisfactorilly. Honestly I felt like they treated me like I had purchased a $ 200K boat. I love going out in my Lund fishing boat now. Thank you guys

I purchased a new Lund SSV-14 fishing boat this spring. The first time I took it out it was shaking and rattling very bad. I called my salesperson, Mason Rice, and he gave me the warranty rep, Daniella. I left a message and after not hearing back after two days I called Mason. He said to bring the boat down and they would look at it. Four days later Daniella called and said I could pick the boat up but that it couldn't be fixed on warranty.
