This place is a real joke.. Staff rude room no ac not cold shower water backing up toilet backing up..... Just horrible.... And they do not care here to help so please don't even try that way....!! The view is great and that's it Trust me rooms are horrible & not to mention the lights....I was 10 minutes into the room had an emergency the black girl at the front desk was rude about it kind of made a joke about my situation which was cool bc my emergency turned out to not be bad at all God is Amazing..... Room was nice. Little older and daylight was coming through the door. No biggie. Service could have been better but was not bad. Location is great. 2 pools on site was nice. The area had alot to do and was really nice. I would recommend to friends and family.
This place is a sham. The lady at the front desk was rude on the phone and in person when I checked in. They discriminate against service animals, unlawfully asked for documentation and proceeded to be drilled with questions which is against the ADA law. Towels feel like sandpaper. Fishing rules for their dock is misleading and informative. Security guard is a coward. . Property managers are also cowards who refused to speak with us regarding an incident with our child fishing off of our own boat. We were forced to leave the... read more
