Beautiful spacious clean and well appointed rental condominium that is within close proximity and walking distance to Clearwater beech and all the amenities.
Great location
Great location. Beach is just a.couple of minutes walk away. Clean and well-equipped condo. Just had.problem with the elevator attimeof visit.
BEWARE! Unit 206 does not have AC and the owner will not care about fixing it in a timely manner due to the dangers of being in a unit of 86 degrees we had to cut out vaca in half bc we were left with lots of hope it would be fixed to just be lied to over and over again about the reality of the situation. Also the owner rented out the unit knowing there were previous issues with the ac(they didn’t make sure unit was on and working people before being rented) AND they knowingly rented/listed it with a broken fridge .
Well first met an owner she was very nice. The condo smelled musty as though no one had been there for awhile. No problem we simply opened the doors and windows. The ice maker did not work or the water on the fridge we let them know and said no problem we don’t need it. I am a clean person so I immediately cleaned the condo. No problem. I did notify so that they did not think we did any of these things to the condo. I even cleaned the outdoor furniture front and back. No problem. I did not clean the floors.
