I mean, the building has been condemned and residents forced to move out because the building is collapsing
I’ve been to this property more times to count. I would stay FAR away! Crumbling structure, Jerry rig support on residence. Balconies leaks everywhere. Just a complete dumpster fire rebuilding I’m surprised it hasn’t fallen down yet. I still see units for sale which is hard to believe.
