We have taken 2 of our cars there (neither our fault) for body work and painting. We cannot be more pleased with the results, the cost, and the process involved. Their communications are honest, responsive, and professional. The work is finished when they say it will be complete, for the price they estimate, and the quality is outstanding. I have used several other body shops in the Tampa area and will now go nowhere other than Dock's.
First I would like to say My car was a mess, but after I taking it to Dock’s Auto Clinic they provided Me with nothing but the best quality parts and restoration service. There Customer Service over all was Awesome. The front desk clerk was amazing she keep me updated on everything. My overall experience I must say was pretty Great. 10/10
Dock is Professional and sincere, explains things well, goes above and beyond, fair pricing, good communication by Dock and Jen. Definitely recommend!
