Great experience working with Jacob on some roof/siding repair related to ongoing water damage. His initial assessment and description of the job was thorough and honest. There were also some undersized and improperly pitched gutters that he helped fix. It was great to working with a single company on the variety of external home needs rather than separate siding or gutter or roofing companies. I am a real estate broker, and I was first introduced to Dockrey Home Solutions when Jacob was hired to help my sellers complete repairs requested by the buyer of their home. Wow! What can I say that hasn't aleady been said but one thing! Thank you Jacob for getting me out of a situation that was not good . I had gutter guards installed less than a year ago and was having major problems with them overflowing during inclement weather. The company that installed them would not call or text me back after several attempts although they were guarantee for life . I called Jacob and he came over the next day and diagnosed the problem. Tropical Storm Chantal was hammering the house. I was watching sheets of rain flow down the roof from a second-floor window. The gutters and downspouts that Jake and his team installed handled the volume perfectly. Can’t recommend their craftsmanship enough. Fair price. Great product and service at the moment when it mattered most.
