None of the bad reviews are fake. I'm probably going to get called a faker too but I've seen the inside of a number of their properties and they are horrendous, unsafe and filthy. Do not rent from these people even if they are your only option. The Truro homeless shelter is cleaner and more comfortable than any of the properties these people manage.
