I rented from these people for 4 years. The reviews are NOT fake! These are awful people!!! He claims all the bad reviews are from people he didn't rent from to hide how gross a human he and his wife reallllllly truly are! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Rob lied to my face and then lied to the court. He took my money and told the court he didn't - the he had me and 3 children removed with 52 hours notice. Homeless after living there 4 years. None of the bad reviews are fake. I'm probably going to get called a faker too but I've seen the inside of a number of their properties and they are horrendous, unsafe and filthy. Do not rent from these people even if they are your only option. The Truro homeless shelter is cleaner and more comfortable than any of the properties these people manage.
