I contacted Dockpro, in regards to a Seapen, and the next day Craig contacted me, made an appointment to come inspect our Marina and boat, he took measurements and thoroughly explained how Seapen works. Our Seapen had an issue after 5 years of operation in a harsh environment. I called and asked for help and Dockpro attended the next morning. The service was excellent, and well received as I had only had the boat fully detailed the day before the issue arose. The work was done professionally and courteously. All round, an excellent experience. Also the Seapen works really well too, even after 5 years. When the boat was out for the detailing the hull was in very good shape.

After my initial inquiry Brett contacted me immediately and gave me a detailed explanation of the SeaPen and its benefits over the phone and subsequently provided brochure information and pricing.
