Nothing but praise for DOCKPRO! They have a long history of 5 star reviews and it is thoroughly deserved. We were impressed with the Sea Pen purchased from Dock Pro. From Scott who dealt with our purchase, Danielle in the office with Josh and Jason who installed our Sea Pen, we were extremely happy. It’s a great and user friendly piece of kit that has made using the boat easier and reduces workload and maintenance. My Seapen required a new pump to replace outdated and failed original pump. Jason travelled to Hervey Bay and completed the job. Top workmanship by Jason and a pleasant personality as well. Jason was happy to answer all my queries relating to pump and control unit, educating me as he worked on completing the job. Contact with the office staff was, as always, friendly and reassuring.
