From the initial contact and design via Brett all the way to Chris's installation and repair of a jet-ski pen and boat dock, the process was seamless. Chris, the installer was so "can-do" in all respects and worked through Biblically bad weather to get the job done. Great comm's all the way through. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.
Took my Searay out of the seapen yesterday - very happy- went like a dream😊 Marty did the installation - very good communicator - very friendly - Knows his stuff - sorted all the issues with the marina - went the extra mile - would highly recommend🥳
I recently had Marty repair our Seapen as the meshing was chopped up by the propeller. Marty did an amazing repair and then proceeded to FaceTime me to run through the repairs. The whole Marty experience from beginning to end was highly professional, courteous and the cherry on top was the FaceTime run through of repairs he carried out. To top off all this he is a very very funny man and had me laughing along the way. A BIG thank you to Marty for his efforts and genuine customer service. DR
Can’t recommend the DOCKPRO team highly enough for tailor making a dry dock floating brick platform to perfectly fit my boat for easy launching. Marty the installer is an absolute pleasure to deal with and easily fine tuned the dock to my tricky berth. I also found that their prices are very competitive and less than all other quotes.
