Bill Mann at Doc Medics had been contacted to install a dock, Bill always promise ( have it done in a couple months) after 1 year of excuses, delays, and non-responsiveness, no contract, we elected and selected a more reputable company whom in turn had no delays, full communication, a contract and good service. Dock completed in 2 months start to finish. As an Engineer I worked with Dock Medics recently on a rear yard retaining wall project and I have not had a builder be so involved in the process of design and permitting a retaining wall. They were checking in all the time, and were available for questions at a moments notice. While customers may never see this side of things, It is a very important process.
