My train got delayed by 10 min but I shoot a text to warned them. Arrived a bit late to hear "sorry we will have to reschedule" after waiting a week to have an appointment. Looks like Dr Maclay doesn't have 10 minutes of his time for his patients.
Amazing staff and amazing service. They look after the patients as if they are family.
