Elevators have been down for a week or perhaps longer. No signs outfront noting this, especially if you are handicapped and it is a process to get out of your vehicle only to learn they are out of order. The stairway is disgusting, reaks of urine. For some reviewers to suggest it's like New York so it's not as bad is a silly way to dismiss poor upkeep/management. We expect more..
