On top of the exorbitant prices, The employees really need an attitude adjustment and perhaps a lesson in customer service. There is one young man who is nice but there is another short, stubby man with glasses that should be fired over his despicable treatment of customers. It’s sad this is the self parking option that Hilton uses.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Really gives Boston a bad reputation of having terrible service and not being welcoming to visitors. Security monitoring the entrance was EXTREMELY rude and made no effort to facilitate or give us any additional information of how to reserve parking online. Rather he told us to google it and to loop back around in traffic (which was another 45 mins). Should be ashamed of your service and the way you treat paying customers.
