Things started well, but finished poorly. Overall, they built a great dock. Unfortunately, they left one pole in the water from the old dock (in a very visible place and where people get in the water) and was unwilling to come back to finish the job. This is a safety issue. Additionally, they recommended an under water fan. This required me to bring power to the dock as well. We had Dock Doctors build us a pontoon lift and a new walkway yo our lift last October. Tom and his crew did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our lift. He was very good at answering our many questions. He was very clear in all his explanations and drawing pictures so we could visualize the project. We had a lot of questions quite often.
