Update: Tim Lewis is well on the way to repairing the relationship that has been damaged. A show of good faith in money returned was the right move. I'm hopeful that Tim will be able to continue to work on the items that caused the issues he is having with the business. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to update this post again in the near future with a full endorsement of his service. I can say without hesitation that Tim is interested in doing the right thing for his customers.
Tim and his team did a great job replacing our dock. He was able to give good feedback regarding our plan and reworked it based on his experience with what worked with other clients. He was well aware of CAMA regs and had a CAMA rep inspect the plan and site prior to starting. His crew did a great job putting it all together and getting it done. The quality is excellent. It took longer than anticipated, but the weather and tide did not cooperate.
