I was sold a $10,000 dock system to float my 19ft boat, by the owner Doug Edwards. Some of the blocks arrived defective with holes along the seams. I called Doug and asked that he replace them under the 'lifetime warranty' He said he would, but i never received them. The dock assembled easily enough but when the boat was driven up on the dock the bottom half of the hull was still in the water. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I never felt pressured to purchase anything. Products are so strong and durable, had it for a year and still works the same as it did when first got it. Try them.
