Could not recommend this insurance agency more. Ian Rosenthal is hands down the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. Beyond helpful, courteous, informative. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Edit: boy have things changed since I wrote that. Run (because it’s less of a hassle) like hell from these people. My policy ends this month so I’m not renewing which is good because I’m not fully convinced they’re even a real auto insurance company. I am a current customer, the insurance agent I work with is name Ian, he's super knowledgeable, professional and intuitive. He's quick straight to the point, no BS! He's always helping me pay my bill when I can't online, I would give him 10 stars and a big raise if I could!
Ian R helped me save so much when I originally switched and when it was time to renew he saved me more. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! He stayed after hours to check just one more thing and reached out and saved me even more than he saved me the first time!! He goes above and beyond!! I’ve always hated dealing with anyone involved with insurance but he makes it so easy and completely takes the stress out of the whole process!
