I would rate DOCI audiology 10 stars if i could. I was provided instructions on where to park which made things easier. My appointment started on time! The Doctor was very professional. Ms. Kolling deserves tremendous kudos. She is was very attentive to my questions and concerns. I came in there a little worried about my ear and hearing. She explained how the tests would be administered in detail. In fact she went out of her way to answer a lot of questions i had about ears and instruments. Dr Doci and her team are five stars all around. The appointment reminders included helpful tips about navigation and parking; the office team was friendly and engaging; and Dr Doci saw me right on time. She was friendly, professional, and reassuring. She explained what would happen for each test along the way so there were no surprises. Highly recommend Doci Audiology!
I had my first experience with Doci Audiology this week, specifically with Sarah Kolling. Everything was great, particularly with Sarah. This was my first hearing exam in 40 years. Sarah was patient and explained everything very clearly. I intend to go back to her regularly now. Paul Williamson
