An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! In my due diligence, Dochnahl has a stellar reputation as one of the best builders in Seattle. Greg and his fantastic team did an AMAZING job of pin piling our foundation and made a very stressful situation so much better. Working with Dochnahl was a wonderful experience. These guys are all about doing high quality work. Every single person on the job site could have run the job by themselves. Never ever felt like I was not getting value for my dollar. They showed up on time, communicated well, and by the time we were a month into the project we were all good friends. Greg came to check out some cracks I was concerned about, he was very kind and knowledgeable in explaining my options and putting me at ease.
We had a pin pile project done back in Spring 2022, and had a wonderful experience working with Greg and his team. Communication was top notch and Greg kept us updated on every step of the project, and answered every questions. One of the most honest company I've worked with and so happy we went with them!
