The refinancing process was so un-complicated, that I was amazed how streamlined and quick the entire process took. I was also impressed by the fact that I was able to complete all documents on-line and that the closing consisted on the representative meeting me at my location and after a few minutes all paperwork was signed and the closing was complete. The whole experience with DOCFCU was excellent! Ron Voli and Cindy guided us right through the process and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
