Was seen quickly for scans and pictures. 1st visit, friendly people, clean office.
My experience with Doc Braces started off wonderfully. However, through the cause of my treatment with them, they shut down the downtown location and have been struggling with availability of orthodontists as well as being overbooked. This has brought about a cascade of horrible experiences that I don’t think I should have to go through. Over the cause of my treatment, I am now on my 3rd doctor who apparently is temporary.
