They booked my son in 3x and still haven't fixed the broken piece. They keep saying they are over booked. Big surprise his dental plan is now delayed and hes in discomfort. We've called and went in and they just keep telling us too bad. What's too bad is i already paid! Or it'd be easier to get service out of town than waiting 6 months! Most rude customer service team in town as well, and that's saying something. The old owner was a gem this new one sucks!

We are exploring braces for our son. The Doc Braces website (apparently a corporate site) has no info on the local office and team here in the Yukon. There is a section called "Meet our orthodontists in Whitehorse," which is totally blank. No info at all. Meanwhile, the Facebook page is populated purely with corporate advertisement posts with stock-photo smiles. I could not find any post which appeared to be locally relevant.
