We’ve been taking our kids to Docbraces in Whitehorse for several years, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences with their team. They’ve been excellent at explaining the process to us all along the way, directly billing our insurance providers, booking (and keeping) appointments, and connecting well with our kids. 100% recommend!
I highly recommend this orthodontic clinic! From the very first visit, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness. The entire team is exceptionally professional, and you immediately feel you're in good hands. What stood out to me the most was their honesty and integrity. This is not a place that tries to push unnecessary treatments or make money at any cost. They give clear, transparent advice, always with the patient’s best interest in mind.
My daughter has been going to Doc Braces. They have wonderful team ....they took care of her from the consultation appointment and for her ongoing treatment. Over all next to none fabulous care so far from this wonderful team. Dr.Jay is easy going and relates well with children. Would recommend this clinic for anyone need orthodontic work .
