I too originally signed up with Dr. Jason Gallant who was young, energetic and on top of his game, then switched the Dr. Strelzow, who thankfully was also a very good orthodontist. Unfortunately now that Ortho Arts has switched to Dr. Yen, I’ve been brushed off and the retainer that was promised to me after Invisalign is not the retainer Dr. Yen is willing to give me. I was initially hesitant to use orthodontic services but I am glad I picked OrthoArts. They dealt with my issue in a quoted time frame. Atmosphere is positive and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been very disappointed by this clinic. Initially, Dr Strelzow was great and the admin staff were excellent. Saying that, I was initially quoted 8months to get my teeth straightened with Invisalign. I had certain conditions as I am a performer but was told this was absolutely fine and we could work within my restrictions. This did not happen.
