why are you not returning messages. my daughter has gone months with a broken retainer. i have left multiple voice and online messages with zero reply. so disappointing after spending thousands.
Amazing first experience. Never been a patient here before but I called due to a problem with my wire retainer that was causing it to hook on my lip and tongue. I was calling all around, and this office got me in immediately the same day, and fixed the problem within 15 minutes of arrival. Dr. Whyte explained exactly what he was doing and why.
