I am disgusted with this office. Entirely disgusted.
Really wonderful and professional staff :)
It’s sad that I was not informed in advance. My appointment was at 11:00 am, and after I arrived, I was told they were running behind and asked me to come at 1:00 pm instead. I had work, so they then suggested rescheduling for next week. I made time and traveled for this appointment, so this was very inconvenient and disappointing. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.
