I felt belittled at most of my appointments. I was severely struggling with mental health and for some reason it seemed difficult for some staff to understand that while fighting to stay alive its hard to remember to put some elastics in regularly. & Because of a mishap i had a tooth move out of place it was fixed about 80% before they made me feel so guilty and terrible after each appointment I just decided to give up and let them remove them. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Iconic Smiles in Moncton! From the second I walked in, the front desk team was warm and welcoming—they remembered my name on the second visit. The whole staff is friendly, patient and they explain everything in a way that puts you at ease. Dr. McManaman and the team genuinely care, appointments run on time, the office is just upbeat and positive. Best orthodontic experience we’ve ever had—highly recommend Iconic Smiles if you want top-notch care .
Our 12 year old daughter started her orthodontic journey this past August (2025), and we are so pleased that we chose Iconic Smiles for her orthodontic treatment. The staff along with Dr. McManaman have been nothing but amazing, explaining the whole process, initial treatments etc… especially for a 12 year old girl. Only 4 months into her treatment and we already see a huge difference. We certainly highly recommend Iconic Smiles.
Was in a jam with a broken wire, was installed 12 years ago so not fault of clinic, anywho very happy they got me in right away and fixed everything. Staff very nice and helpful, great service!
