When I first called to consult for braces, the staff on the phone was very nice and helpful. Setting a consultation date was very easy. The day of my appointment, I felt welcomed! The person managing the financial aspect sat with me and explained in details the costing. The hygienist Sylviane who installed the braces, I cant say enough about her! She was very friendly and explained what she was doing as she was progressing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for braces!
I would never recommend , the experience has been terrible. They do not follow up with what they are supposed to do. Truly feels as though this is strictly a money grab situation. My child for instance is awaiting jaw surgery and they continually fail to do on their end what they are supposed to do. This has been a constant struggle in dealing with them . Our other child was double the time quoted for his braces. This is about greed over clients
