(2025/12/09) Usually it will take 8 weeks (already a bit long) to get the trays delivered, I thought it could be quicker but instead slower — not delivered yet on the appointment date so they had to delay the treatment. The communication process between Docbraces and Invisalign was not efficient enough? Or did they choose an unreliable courier? Unsatisfied at this stage. Abby is simply amazing! She is very talented and personable! I would definitely recommend Doc Braces because of her talent and expertise.
Professional and Kind. Timely appointments, never had to wait long to be see. Excellent Staff! What took most people less time to accomplish with their Invisaline, took me a bit longer and the Dr and staff were 10/10. They worked tirelessly with me to help me reach my goal. They definitely exceeded my expectations!!
Would not ever recommend this company to anyone! My braces were cutting my mouth constantly they did nothing, Wires were being broken off within the first couple of weeks of me getting them. They never informed me payments were not being taken off my card (Which I assumed they were for MONTHS) Until it was too late.
