I had a fine experience with the orthodontist and the process itself. My issue was with the financing department. At some point in 2024 they apparently switched some kind of software which lead to their credit card data being lost. Instead of contacting me immediately to advise they needed my card info again, they waited months until August before contacting me, resulting in a large balance outstanding. Worst service ever, front service is not friendly at all. Won’t come back, red deer office is quite better, great service at red deer office.
Have went there for the past the days around noon - one and no one was inside lights were off. Very unprofessional. I honestly don't recommend this location
Just went for my polishing and had Richelle do a fantastic job cleaning the stains off. Highly recommend her! Thanks my teeth look way better
