The secretary was rude to my daughter. She saw her there and stated she should have checked in. She is a young girl and staff should be courteous not rude.

Dr. Sherman was my orthodontist a decade ago, and was amazing then, going back for a permanent bar replacement and his new office is just as great. Prices are great, and staff is even better!
My child is 11 years old，From the initial consultation to the start of the orthodontic treatment, today is the first day they are wearing braces. I am very impressed with the excellent service here—they have a highly professional team. I hope my child will eventually achieve the beautiful, neat, and aesthetically pleasing smile we desire.
