I am not usually one to write reviews but I feel I should share my true experience with this business. They really don't care about their patients time. They cancelled my appointment the day before, twice. But they said it wasn't their the fault the aligners won't be in for two weeks but we can fit you in for an appointment in 7 weeks. When I escalted this to the office manager she said she would fit me in sooner. But she did not. They could have notified me of canceling my appointment 2 or 3 days prior, at least. Both of our girls currently have braces. We live over an hour away and trying to reschedule an appointment only to be told we have to wait 1.5 months is unacceptable. I am dreading come winter when we won’t make an appt due to roads and have to wait months for the next appt. If we had known this is the service we would have gone elsewhere. Spending thousands on braces only to not be able to get an appt is not ok.

Very welcoming environment for families and especially younger children. Treatment plan was explained thoroughly at the start and at every appointment thereafter. My first child was a patient here 15 years ago and now I am here with her youngest brother. There was no hesitation in choosing docbraces in Cranbrook once again.
