Great to deal with. They try to work with our schedule as much as possible too.
Terrible! Every appointment i had a bad experience with the orthodontist person. It was never the same person to look at my teeth so nobody ever knew what they were doing so it took so much longer than it needed to because every different person had a different opinion. If you even brake a bracket or something is not how they want it to be they genuinely get angry when you couldn’t even prevent what they are angry about. Friendly and accommodating staff. They are very dedicated and helpful. They are super busy but take the time to treat their patients as a priority!
