Amazing team. If we went to the orthodontist that our dentist recommended, we would still be on the waiting list. This place is fast and efficient. We dropped in with a concern and they fit us right in. I would have left a 5 star but the only complaint I have is trying to reach by phone, it’s very hard to get a hold of them and when you leave a message, they don’t seem to return the call
Terrible experiences, they made a mistake which is fine we all make mistakes, but they would not take responsibility for it at all. This is the Charlottetown location: a staff member right out lied to the manager in regard to instructions I was given; the Doc accused my son of picking the brackets off. It was the same day they were put on, my son was not picking at them or eating anything hard or not recommended. Instead of saying perhaps it was installed incorrectly they blamed my 9yrs old son.
