Best place to go if you want to feel like you're on an assembly line - there's a reason it's so "quick and easy" to get appointments here. The first few appointments lull you into thinking it'll go well, but after the first few months you'll feel rushed, dismissed, and experience a lack of communication and randomly cancelled/rescheduled appointments with no notice. Frustrating, and painful experience so far and only a few months into my treatment plan. Not sure Dr. Daia genuinely cares about my outcome. My quality of life has been greatly affected by complications of a palate expander that needed to be removed early that my husband ended up having to go in and firmly tell him to remove because he wasn’t hearing my concerns. I had a disappointing experience with Docbraces. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience
The girls are amazing. Whenever my 2 girls need an appointment right away to fix they always try to fit us in at Summerside but if they are closed then they get my girls a Charlottetown appointment.
