I signed a contract with Doc Braces for retainers for life. They have since sold out this location to Vivid Orthodontics who, of course, are not going to honour that contract. Doc Braces doesn’t seem too concerned about how inconvenient this is for hundreds of their clients
Has they changed phone number? The one coming on their website being never attended and when you leave message never responded back. I myself and my son calling since yesterday morning and left messages but they neither attend nor respond to voice message especially when you press existing patient option. Disappointed.
