Updated: We've been going here for a while now. The ladies are always easy and lovely to talk to, patient with my son and his questions. We always had a great experience here until yesterday. My boys retainer doesn't fit right and started the appointment out with being called a liar when asked when he wore it last. Turns out he hasn't been wearing it correctly, but I dont appreciate being talked to like an idiot. The first portion of the appointment felt like we were an inconvenience to her.
