Honestly, how hard is it to keep your appointment times? You have been open barely an hour and you are already 35 plus minutes behind? We all expect to wait a bit, but this is excessive and isn't the first time. Be better, our time is valuable too.
I had a really great experience at Docbraces Spruce Grove! The staff were so kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit such a positive one—I’d definitely recommend Docbraces Spruce Grove!
Their booking times out are NOT unreasonable. But same day service for an upper and lower install as the consultation is rare, and we took it. Thank you to all those parents that rescheduled your appointments today, and for the ladies at the front who heard my pleas that we would take any and all cancelation appointments to replenish their schedule.
