Ben came out to what was supposed to be a simple dehumidifier filter replacement, but instead of rushing through the appointment, he took the time to investigate why things didn’t seem right. I am writing to share my appreciation for the fast, friendly, and unmatched quality of service your team provided. I recently had concerns regarding potential mold in an attic-style storage room. During the inspection, DocAir identified mold mixed with a deteriorating 30-year-old carpet pad.
