I can't even see the doctor, my last appointment I made we waited 2 hours to see the doctor and still didn't get to see him and we left. There is no respect for people's time in this doctors office. I work an hour and half away and I cant get a prescription refill because I need to dedicate 3.5 hours for a doctor's visit. I really love Dr. Gross he’s a great doctor but the people who run the clinic and think it’s ok to charge people on disability 500 to do the disability tax credit is absolutely morally wrong. I couldn’t even speak my concerns I was immediately shut down. I understand a fee but most doctors don’t even charge for this to be done. This is a major price gouge and trying to profit off already struggling people is not kind. Also I called and talked to many people and this is NOT the normal charge for this service.

I remember i was booked for 2:30 pm but i have to wait for almost 1.5 hrs. just to see Dr. Goz. The waiting time is terrible in this clinic even if you booked your appointment.

Long waiting time even if you have appointments. Always it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hr to see Dr even though you booked your appointment.

Very rude experience from front staff. This philippino staff thinks she owns this clinic. She dosn't know how to deal with patients. Really disappointing.
