Didn’t have a great experience at all from trying to book appointment to bringing my cat home completely unconscious, it took 2 weeks to get someone to reply back to me about making an appointment after I attempted on the website and everything went through including deposit but not the appointment, then when we get there they had no record of anything I sent over previously and just very disorganized in general, then I go to pick up my kitty and they attempted to charge me double for not paying the deposit that’s required f... read more
I'm not sure how to rate them, because the vet Dr. Thomas Hentges is WONDERFUL. He has so many years of experience, and he's so knowledgeable. He reminds me of old school Doctor's that don't have to stare at their tablet to reference something every time you ask them a question. They just know the answer from so much experience. He's like that. He's very kind, and patient, and I was just very impressed with him.
