I would never use there services. Their tec guy gary showed up the first time over 1 1/2 late then said he would be by the next day no call no show then when i called back he said he would get right on it amd show up on a diffrent day. That day was another no call no show. Then when i left a message to try to get my water heater taken care of it has been over a week and no call. I would never use the guys
saved our Thanksgiving dinner and the holiday week as we had family in from spokane. smart fast honest and friendly. simply the best I've hired and I've had 4 homes and 4 different jobsites now and he is simply the very best and brightest

I was out of town and my wife called me at 5:30 on a Sunday morning to tell me that when she went out to the garage go to work there was water all over the floor of the garage from the water heater that had been leaking all night. I called Doc Water before 6am and he came out immediately and after we talked he had the water heater changed out before I got back to town and my wife back from work. Extremely good job. Highly recommend Doc Water Heater.
