These guys are fantastic about getting you a power chair. Only problem is they don’t give good service after the sell. I’ve been trying over a month to get them to come out and do some repairs on the chair and nothing. Never call back. Never show up.

Update: The owner called and immediately made things right! Never had it happen before the level of concern expressed was genuinely impressive. I was even given the owner personal number Incase I had any other issues the technician Lane was very courteous and quick! Over all all issues were resolved and I am happy with the service. Being Christian is treating people with respect and kindness.

Excellent personnel. They were the only provider willing to submit a claim for a seat elevator (for an electric wheelchair) to medicaid and get it approved. They also let me try out wheelchairs prior to deciding what I wanted/needed. They helped me with getting the right setup for transport with our vehicle. Smaller company, but much better service than National Seating and Mobility.

If I could give these place no stars I would. They refuse fix a product of theirs. Saying it's not their problem, because the person is on hospice. If you use this company. It's a huge waste of your money or your insurance money.
