Asked a general question and as busy as he was, he just "poured" out the ultimate in energetic customer service I haven't seen in a long time!! Kinda made my day! Go check him out and experience "old school" helpfulness! Aloha!
Been buying professional grade Shindaiwas from him for years. He is not a warm and fuzzy type, but he is very straightforward and the most knowledgeable service and skilled repair this side of the island. Highly recommend.
So everyone says this guy works on equipment i called him with a simple inquiry and he was baffled. His response “oh yeah i dont even work on riding mowers or lawn mowers” they are the same equipment in most of all cases and this was a simple housing unit questioning, leading to mean he overcharges customers and pays for reference via the same sources he gets parts from. Hes basically doing a run around and getting paid to buy parts and use a socket. Wouldnt trust this guy with my allen wrench
Always good service. Very knowledgeable on everything he sells. Have been going here for years and will be a life long customer. Im a shindaiwa lover and have many different models and variations of machines i have purchased here.
