Worst experience I've ever had in customer service. Salesman never followed up, call multiple times. Horrible followup, no value in guests experience and services. They fired my salesman and left my account unattended. I had to finally show up in person and demand someone to help me. My order was a mess and again I had to do all the legwork following up.
