Doc's is easily the worst auto mechanic I've ever used. They failed to perform recommended service, while performing service that wasn't recommended. The illegally charged $50 to pay with a credit card. They did not provide a report showing what they'd inspected, saying they would call me the next day, but never called me nor provided the report. 7/14/25. I was camped in Cannon Beach at an RV park and had a brake issue. It was pretty nerve wracking since I had to vacate my travel trailer the following day, but I couldn't drive my truck. Doc's got me in, diagnosed and repaired the problem the same day. Thanks guys, 5 stars!! You saved the day.
I didn't have my car serviced here, but they get 5-stars. Let me explain. While on vacation, my Jeep made rubbing sounds when turning. I immediately Googled and found Doc's. I walked in there on a Monday. They were slammed. I was only going to be here through Wednesday. They took 15 minutes out of their day to drive it around. Even had another guy ride with the driver.
