Big shout out to Doc's, needed a repair while kids were on spring break, got them in and back on the road same day. What a relief to know there are fellow mechanics out there still helping people in their time of need.
The guys at Docs are outstanding. Had some noises coming out of my front end while I'm 5 hours from home. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the issue very quickly. It was exactly what I thought and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. The owner and technicians are all very friendly and professional. I'm extremely grateful to have found them and get back on the road trouble free. These guys deserve your business.
Hi So I went in with 2001 dodge ram 1500 hard start problems.Thinking great reviews are good so I'll give it a try. $1300 bucks later same issues they replaced fuel injectors. I then had them drive it back to office to try and fix no go they couldnt fix. I then I replaced the oil sending switch after he said it could cause it why they didn't who knows.$50 more dollars later. I've called back a couple times trying to resolve but get put on hold nor has any call me back to check on issues.or even a follow up. So I'm trying a d... read more
