Can't reach anyone there, never answer the phone and when I did. The receptionist was very rude and no help. Try using the patient portal with questions and had no response from them.
Told him on a Friday that my doctor's at OSU told me to never let anyone give me Botox. On the following Monday, he injected me with it and when I complained, he tried to provoke me into a fight! He then physically threw me out saying never come back here! Really.I called my doctor at OSU who told me he selfedicates. During the Friday visit, he just hummed to himself through the whole thing then got up and left and didn't return.
