We are a private, independent optometry practice owned by Dr. Amy Thomas and Dr. Lawson Spruiell. We provide comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and urgent eye care. We also have a large inventory of glasses and sunglasses available for purchase including many of the brand names you know and love. We offer direct billing for most insurances for eye exams as well as prescription eyewear. We are accepting new patients!

Wow Lawson Spruiell the Optometrist at DOC Optical is awesome! So thorough and very knowledgeable- greatly appreciated all his wisdom.
This place is nice Dr. Lawson explained to me what's wrong with my vision perfectly in no rush compare to the other optical clinic. The staff is nice they even help me to fix my current eye glass.
I can't say enough great things about this place. Dr. Spruiell was extremely helpful and took his time to explain everything in great detail. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful but he was also compassionate, patient and relatable. 10/10.
