Think twice about spending any money on aesthetic procedures with this doctor. I spent almost $2k over several years on laser treatment with Dr. Segler and my toenails are in a lot worse condition than when I started. Do research first on laser nail treatment - it rarely works, so save your money. You will get sold a story on laser treatment, but I would not recommend it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Segler's practice. He treats his patients the way you would hope all doctors would treat their patients. With time, consideration, and with suggestions that actually work through his thoroughly tested experience. You will not be disappointed if you diligently follow his advice. I don't usually seek medical advice off of the internet, but now I am so glad I did. I could tell in less than 2 min on the phone that Dr. Segler was the real deal. I live in the SF Bay Area (where Dr S used to have a typical podiatry practice I believe). I googled "mobile podiatrist", to care for my Mom's feet and trim her overgrown toenails. Doc on the Run came up and I gave the number a call. Dr. Christopher Segler answered the phone and listened quietly, as I explained my Mom's needs. (Mom's previous "caregiver" was neglectful, never cared for her feet and never told me that her toenails were way overgrown). Dr. Segler (aka, Doc On The Run) is absolutely the best. I know it might sound hyperbolic or extreme, but he saved me! As someone who loves running more than anything, he helped me and empowered me to do everything I could while I recovered from an injury to look at alternative ways to keep my strength and endurance.
