Dismissive to my elderly mother. He basically said she's already old, there is no point in taking biopsy. It was a discouraging experience. He made excuses on how it would be a hassle.
He didn't read the forms from my referral doctor and didn't listen to me when I explained my symptoms. He did want to talk about my weight, very condescendingly, which had nothing to do with chronic tonsillitis, the reason for my visit. He is very mean, hateful, and rude.
