Heartless lady with a super bad attitude called me back to drag me through a ton of hard questions that should be irrelevant , to then be difficult and then offer no solution. Do not call for compassion at the end of your dogs journey. Save the very expensive call.
I couldn't have been more at peace with putting my boy Ben down. He was 19 and had an inoperable tumor and deserved to go in the comfort of his own surroundings. Dr. M was gentle caring and made me feel so at ease with our decision. We will miss our boy dearly but we know he is now in no pain and chasing birds as he loved to do!
Dr. M and her team are top notch. My 16 yr. old dog can't go into a clinic due to stress that makes him faint. I scheduled with Dr. M's Veterinary House Calls and it was the best experience. They were so sweet and kind to my old boy and allowed me to continue to comfort and pet my dog while they did their exam so he felt more relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable, had such empathy for my fur baby and completed his exam and treatment thoroughly. Florence is so lucky to have Doc M's and I am too!
I highly recommend Dr. M, they came out right away and allowed me to put my boy to rest in the comfort of his home. Dr. M was so kind and caring. It made one of the hardest decisions of my life just a little easier.
I can't even express how incredibly disappointed I am in your lack of attentiveness. The only reason I came back to Florence was for this appointment. You have cost me time, money and metal anguish. Completely irresponsible on your part. I made it very clear in my note to you that we are traveling Physician staying at the RV park.
