I had a great experience working with Josh. He made the process super easy - lining up all the showings, coordinating applications, etc. He was also very patient answering all my questions as a first time renter in NYC. Highly recommend!

I worked with Josh Dockter this month to find my new place, and he was terrific. Super professional, very thorough, gave us all the guidance we needed to navigate the NYC rental market. In the end we found a place we’re super happy with at a price comfortably in budget. Josh joined us for every unit tour, documented everything for us, and made sure we had all of the info we needed to make comparisons and decide. He’s also super pleasant to work with. Can’t recommend him enough.
