not very professional at all. i just BARELY called and the lady that answered didn't know ANY of the prices, she had to ask someone. and she didn't know any of the piercings i was asking about (monroe, snakebites, and a septum) and they're quite expensive for not knowing anything. i will not be going there for my piercing or anything else.

Artist Greg Lines were not straight or even on a star. Very dissapointed and wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone.
