I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30pm. When I got there, the lobby was FULL & people had already been waiting 2.5 hours. Not a way to keep business. I walked out & will go somewhere else. If you were not honoring appointment times, don’t accept appointments & do walk ins only. I took time off work for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT that was not even honored.
