I would give him a zero if possible. He does not belong working family events. Doc worked for my relatives wedding this weekend and grabbed hold of my Granddaughter by her arm and scared her. She was attracted to the speakers because of strobe lights. Then yelled at another small child because he approached the speakers too. Then got irate with the adults because of the kids.
