My car was towed in, fixed and returned on the same day. I know this may not be the case for everyone but I was so grateful. I was well informed about everything that was going on with my car every step of the way. Being a female, I felt very safe going here and will send all of my family and friends.
They went above and beyond to assist me but Endurance car warranty has not paid for my transmission replacement after two months!
I have been extremely pleased with the service I receive from Marcus and his team. I’m a loyal customer very satisfied and will highly recommend them for your car maintenance service.
Doc is the best. Professional and very polite. Took the time to explain the what and the WHY of the repair. Got my car back in the same day and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable.
Didn’t do the basics in regards to my vehicle. They told me they could knock it out, unfortunately that was a lie. Motor wasn’t bolted down, belts missing. Had my car for 7 months and it was running when I brought it. Took the vehicle it to a better shop and was informed that the work that was done was piss poor. Shoddy. Put a couple thousand dollars and a vehicle that was once running no longer is. Definitely gonna look into legal matters to see what can be done.
