Whenever you have an appointment you have to wait up to 1 hour to be seen, even if you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, and the worst part is that I went to an appointment for an endoscopy and when I woke up from the anesthesia what they had done was a colonoscopy, and there is nothing you can do about it.

I've been a patient her for several years already. This place gets worst by the minute. Every time I come in the front desk is so rude and very unprofessional. They talk to you like your incompetent, they talk so loud that everyone has to know your business. Some of the doctor's are very professional but some are not. I had a doctor give me some test results and he had no sympathy what so ever. I was so nervous and his main concern was only scheduling surgery with no explanation of my condition. Had an appointment with the urologist who refused to see me (Tuesday Dec 23 / 4:45pm). I only spoke with the medical assistant. I simply wanted a referral for physical therapy for an ongoing issue. When I pleaded with the medical assistant to allow me two minutes to share further information with the doctor, or, you know, honor my doctors appointment, I was denied… despite having the appointment and my insurance likely getting billed. The older gentleman medical assistant that takes your vitals, I feel horrible I forgot his name, was very nice and patient with my 8 yr old. His gentle demeanor made made them more relaxed and at ease bc they were very nervous about being there. Dr. Siegel also has that very same demeanor about him also which made the entire visit very pleasant. Although the wait time was a bit much, just saying.
